Aham is a law-of-attraction app for affirmations, a vision board and daily rituals. This policy explains what data Aham handles, where it goes, and how you can delete it. Aham is published by Mokshabound Studios ("we"). Questions: mokshaboundstudio@gmail.com.
The short version
- Everything in the free app stays on your phone: your name, journal, vision board photos, gratitude lists, scripts and reminders.
- You only create an account (with Google) to subscribe. Then we store your Google name and email, the text you send us to write affirmations, and your voiced audio.
- No ads, no analytics, no tracking, and we never sell your data.
- You can delete your account and server data at any time, in the app or by email.
Data that stays on your phone
Your name, focus areas, journal entries, 369 and gratitude entries, scripts, favourites, vision board (titles, notes and photos) and reminder times are stored only on your device. Reminders are scheduled on your device. We cannot see any of this. Uninstalling the app or using "Delete my data on this phone" in Settings erases it.

Vision board photos are never uploaded. We do not use your data for advertising or to train AI models.

Where data leaves the European Economic Area, transfers rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards. Only send text you are comfortable sharing with these services.
Sensitive topics
If what you write describes a crisis or self-harm, Aham does not write affirmations and points you to real support instead. Aham is not a medical or mental-health service.
Deleting your data
- In the app: Settings › Delete my account. This deletes your account, written sets and voiced audio from our servers immediately.
- Without the app: follow the steps at Delete your Aham account.
- On your phone: Settings › Delete my data on this phone, or uninstall Aham.
Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR), you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we process it. Email mokshaboundstudio@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. We process account data to provide the service you asked for (performance of a contract).
Children
Aham is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app.
